The cover of the new 2003 edition was created by rescanning an original cover.
In many cases where original photographs could not be found similar "out-take" shots were used instead, however a number of the large interior colour spreads are re-scans as the out-takes varied too much from the original. This included the cover as Ralph felt this had to be exactly the same as the 1973 edition.
